Recovery Connections of Central Florida, a 501(c)(3), envisions a Central Florida where those seeking recovery have access to needed resources and support. Through compassion, we are committed to connecting individuals and families to resources that offer multiple pathways to long-term sustainable recovery.

RECOVERY COACHES

A Recovery Coach is a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) who self-identifies as a person in recovery. The CRPS credential identifies individuals that used their lived experience and learned skills to help others achieve and sustain recovery.

RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

A Recovery Community Organization (RCO) is an independent, non-profit organization led and governed by concerned community members who have a passion for the recovery movement. To maintain a connection between the organization and the recovery community, 51% of the Board of Directors self-identify as individuals in recovery.
